Problem with connection

Hi, I have a problem since yesterday. Spotify got increadibly slow both on PC and iPhone. So slow in fact, that it’s unuseable. It takes seconds to start a song, and it stops every 10-20 seconds to load. Now, it won’t let me download my 2 new songs that I just saved. I don’t have any problems with the internet connection, I play 1080 and 1440p videos on youtube without a single problem, but spotify does that for me on both platforms. I live in Germany, but I asked a friend from Hungary if he has the issue too, but he doesn’t. I already reinstalled it on Desktop but nothimg has changed.
