Problem with offline playlist: Premium User

Hi, 

I am currently traveling in Paris (from US), and I have created new playlists that are not syncing for off line availablity. It is VERY frusterating. I only use 2 divices and have very simple/small playlists. Also, I have a premium membership.

Do you have a data connection?

What is happening when you try and sync the tracks?
