Problem with playing music

Hey everybody!

My premium spotify stops, restarts, changes songs and sometimes turns on the voice controll on my iPhone 7 while listening with earphone (offline and online). I can't make any updates, it's the version 8.4.3.884. I deleted the app and downloaded twice again, but the problems are still there. 

Can anyone help me, what should I do?

That's not cool.

If this is still happening, could you let us know which version of iOS you're using?

Also, do you have any cache-clearing, battery-saving, or force-quitting apps which could be causing this?

I'm using 10.3.2. But I have problems only with music playing other apps
are working perfectly.
