Problems with premium

Problems with premium

I have premium now but I paid while I was still on the free trial. Now on the top of my phone it says: Spotify premium trial has ended. But I paid for it and can still stream the music and everything. I just wast the message at the top to go away. Please help me out.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

First thing to check is that your subscription is active on your online overview.

If it is and your phone is still not picking it up, try logging out, fully restarting your phone and then logging back in again.

First thing to check is that your subscription is active on your online overview.

If it is and your phone is still not picking it up, try logging out, fully restarting your phone and then logging back in again.

Did you try and restart the application? Close the application completely, for the IOS devices, you pres home twice, then hold the spotify icon for 5 secs and stop the process! Hope this helps 🙂
