I try for three times to get de pay for the premium service but it doesn't change my account, only say free and I don't understand why!!! Please help me! I try with all the methods but It doesn't works

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
