My Question or Issue

Whenever i attempt to change my profile picture it just says try again repeatedly i tried the steps logging out deleting and still nothing

Does this happen only with a specific photo?

Also, make sure you don't have any VPN/DNS/AdBlocker that could be affecting the app and check if there is any update in the app store.

The device should also be on the latest software, for iOS you can check it here: settings -> general -> software update.
