My Question or Issue

If you try drag an item up or down in the queue (that appears below the first page of displayed items), then the scrolling mechanism completely freaks out and the app often crashes.

Note, I reported this 6 months ago here, and multiple others have acknowledged that they see the same issue too, but the moderators have since locked the issue (and have dismissed it as “not right now”) which prevents anyone from commenting on it — which is extremely frustrating.

 

All this app does is queue up music to listen to, so not being able to manipulate the queue is just crazy.

 

If this issue isn’t widespread, please tell us what we can do to fix it, or what’s causing this. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, and I’ve since even got a new iPhone, but to no avail.

I have been having the same issue, hoping with every update that it will be fixed, but have had no luck. It is extremely annoying to have to rearrange the songs in my up next. Also every time I try and remove songs from up next they disappear, then reappear in the same spot 30 seconds later.

Wow, I just made a thread on this by total coincidence not even 10 minutes ago. Glad to see someone else thinks this is an issue as well, it’s super annoying.

Another month goes by and still no reply from Spotify. I’m really at a loss at what to do to get these guys attention.

Is there another mechanism we can use to report these issues (e.g. support email address)?
