Queueing songs does not work in offline

I've noticed this on 2 different iPhone versions. When I'm offline, the songs that I queue are not coming up.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thank you for your reply! I've tried restarting my phone and upgrading the
app, but it didn't help.
My Spotify version is 8.5.45.529 and iOS version is 13.3.

Could you try updating to iOS 13.3.1?

Also which type of queueing are using (swiping on the song or using the …)?
