Random Devices connected, Music keeps Jumping

My spotify account on my iphone everytime i try to listen to it, it will keep asking me to continue listening to this phone or "JP device" i have gone online to removed all offline accounts, as well as changed my password, deleted the app and redownloaded it, restarted my phone with home & lock button. it has not fixed anything. as well as when i am listening it keeps jumping to some randon song and every time i try to jump back to the song i am listening too, it will jump right back to the other random song.
