Random song showing repeatedly in Recents

On the iOS app, there's a random song that keeps showing has having played after other tracks, as if I put it on repeatedly after each other track. It's super strange. I haven't even added this song to my library, so no idea where it came from.

That's a weird one. Out of curiosity, do you have unexpected songs start playing while Spotify is open in the background or any volume changes? Is this the only behaviour you're seeing that is unexpected?
