Random songs playing

So for the past few days my Spotify has been randomly playing songs that I never picked nor have ever heard of while I’m listening to my playlists.  An example is Felino Sunset by John Hatwick. Today It happens every single song I try to play in the middle of my song choice!!! It won’t stop!!! Please help.

I am having this exact problem with this exact song.  It has been really bad over three last few days, I've been unable to play more than 90 secs of any song before it switches to something totally random, and not in my library or playlists.  I was wondering if I've been hacked, so it's good (!) to see someone else being on the receiving end of Felino Sunset...
