Randomly pausing and skipping tracks

The last couple of weeks spotify (on Iphone 6s/ios10) randomly pauses and/or skips tracks while in my pocket. Extremely annoying! 

I have tried reinstalling the spotify app, turned off crossfade and gapless playback. Does ot seem to matter if I'm on wifi or not. Or playing a synced playlist or not. 

Premium user, by the way. 

Any tips? The way it is now i really can't use spotify on my phone at all.

Happend me too super anoying and i. Cant survive without Spotify
