Offline Playlists Problems

Hello! I have a big problem with playlists offline since i changed my old iphone with the new one.

I can listen to playlists offline from my mac but not from iphone.

i tried to cancel and reinstall the app, but nothing changed.

I don't know how to cancel the cache folder and where to find it?

From computer or iphone?

@quillbi I moved your post to the iOS section. With spotify running on the desktop client and your iphone, does the iphone show under devices in the client?
