My Question or Issue

Hi, for the past 2 weeks my recently played was disappeared. I've tried to reinstall and logged out my account but it still doesn't work. But the recently played feature still appear in web player but not on mobile. I use this feature a lot on Spotify. Any solutions? Thank you

Apologies for the delayed reply, we've just come across this thread.

 

If you're still experiencing this, run a clean reinstall of the app on your phone. A clean reinstall is different than a normal reinstallation, because it involves deleting the app data , which can sometimes get corrupted and cause issues. Check out this guide for the relevant steps. 

 

If after that your Recently Played is still not displayed in your Home section, send us a screenshot of how your app looks once you open it on the phone, as well as the version of your Spotify app.
