Regarding lost playlist

Regarding lost playlist

I am very frustrated with the spotify app i went onto the updated spotify app and it asked me to log in so i did. I logged in to find out that all of my playlists that i have created were lost i then went to the recovery playlist section in spotify and it said there were no recently deleted playlist to recovery. I am very upset especially when I pay to use this app and it **bleep**s the bed on me. Please any help would be very much appreciated.
