Seriously, still not fixed? Scrobbling's one of the main reasons I continue to use the Spotify app. I've missed so many scrobbles because of this.

The new update sucks anyway without the scrobbling problem, if you've searched for things it can take ages to get back to the search/settings options bar. It was fine how it was.

 The next update could be weeks from now. This is a big enough issue that if you have the problem figured out you should apply the update now.

Hey Spotify Management: Reading all that here published: isn't that embarrassing ? Honestly, how poor is all that we read from Spotify.
may be they can't do better. Assumed this is correct, I wonder why they do not just make a roll back to previous version incl. the equalizer function. And then they can take as long time they need to test in house - and stop us abusing us a tester for their banana software. Therfore, give us back the last 5. version and stopp getting on our nerves.

Although as you might understand, I can't commit to a timeline right now as the application would need to get approved by Apple first before it appears on the App Store.

Well just scrobbling. I can listen but I like to keep music off my phone and listen with the app to save space. So this has been really incovenient.

There needs to be some kind of offline scrobbling cache too, I'd be all for that happening.

David you've got to understand that listening to music knowing it isn't scrobbling to our last.fm is like a form of torture to some of us.

How would you feel if you climbed Mt. Everest only to see that your camera malfunctioned during the photo at the top? People won't ever believe it happened, David.

Solucionado! teneis q instalar una versión anterior de la app del spotify en el iphone, solo se puede hacer si se tiene hecho el Jailbreak y con Vshare se actualiza la app.

Solved! you have to install an earlier version of the Spotify app on the iphone, can only be done if you have jailbroken and the app is updated Vshare.

If you cannot fix the last.fm problem I would seriously consider moving to another service, or just listen via my i-phone library on iScrob.

I have been a fan of last.fm a lot longer than I have been one of Spotify, this latest downlaod isn't very good and has all sorts of issues that really should have been sorted out prior to release.

No scrobbling since Friday! How long does it take?

As I use the spotify app while commuting I sometimes have no internet connection.

The best solution would be an OFFLINE scrobbler with a buffer for heard titles.

But first: Please reintegrate scrobbling!

I am not as obsessed with last.fm scrobbling as some people are but I do like it...

Because of this issue I just signed up for a free trial of Rdio and like what I see so far. Before this i would have never thought for a second about using anything other than Spotify. It is not very good business practice to give your customers incentive to check out the competition. ..

What I don't understand is why Spotify does not keep us updated what the status is of this issue.

Maybe if they give us a short update every day I can accept this technical imperfection. But now it looks like they ignore us.

So come on Per, give us an update!
