Search Function Completely Broken

Hello, when I log into spotify on my phone, everything works completely fine, except for the search bar. When I type in even one character it says "Error" and has a try again button. No matter how many times you click that button it won't work. It doesn't matter what I attempt to search. I've tried reinstalling, resetting my phone (home and lock button pressed at the same time), and closeing fully, then opening multiple times. Nothing works..
