When I try to set a password for my mobile device from my Spotify account page (yes I'm on Premium), I get an email in my inbox (as expected). The problem is, instead of a password in the email, I get a link that says, to set your password, click on the simple link below...when I do, it takes me right back to the account page and says, click the set password button and we'll send a password to your email....it's a loop, an automated run-around I tell ya! If I don't get it resolved soon, I won't need to keep the premium.

Hi quizbowl - That's quite strange--I can send you an email with reset link now.
However, I should note that if you're trying to sign into an iOS device you can just sign in with your Facebook email and password. No need to use your 10-digit username and new password.

i am experiencing the same issue. i click the link to set my password but it tells me that i can login with my facebook or my spotify user name but nowhere on that page does it allow me to set the password. the reason i want to set a password rather than using my facebook login is that if i need to go offline due to no internet...i want to see if the username would work.Please advise.
