Shared Queue is not available on my iPhone SE

The shared queue option is not available on my iPhone SE. My friends that have the OnePlus phone can start a shared queue from their phones (they have premium too) and can connect with one another but I can not join in because I can not find the option in my Spotify app (see the screenshot). Is something wrong with my device? what should I do?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 13.2.3 😉

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hi,

my phone is up to date and I have the latest Spotify version.

I tried restarting the device and even tried to reinstall the app but nothing changed, I still am not able to see the option of the shared queue on my device.

Again, I'm running on iOS 13.2.3 on my iPhone SE.
