My Question or Issue

My friends and i have a shared playlist where we compile our favorites each month. I can't seem to open this month's playlist. I got the link in a text message, which takes me to a web page, when i click 'listen on spotify' it takes me to the page to download page on the app store. When i open the app from there, it just opens the application's home page and i don't have access to the playlist.

Thanks in advance for any info on why this may be happening.

Could you send over the link to the playlist, so that I can take a look on my end? Please also provide this info:

• Any screenshots of error messages being shown (Hide sensitive info when posting to the community)
• Does this happen on another device 
• Does this happen using another internet connection
• Try reinstalling the app following these steps
