That's weird! Could you try these steps to turn off shuffle:

that's not the problem

My problem is that spotify doesnt read my playlist in good order

If i choose the alphabetical order it reads a b song and then a x song and then a t song ...

Alright, thanks for your quick reply. Just to confirm, your playlists play won't play in alphabetical order when you sorted them that way? Also, could you let me know the following?

  • iOS version
  • Spotify version
  • Device model

I am also having this problem since the new update, and have also tried all the troubleshooting above. All music, including playlists and music played from a search, is always on shuffle.
