Siri not working with spotify

My Question or Issue

Whenever i ask Siri to play a song (hey siri play ...). She Responds with "Uh oh something went wrong. Please try again" and unsurprisingly it doesn't work the second time neither.

Hey there @Aaron70,

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community!

As a starting step I'd recommend opening the Settings on your iPhone > Siri & Search > scroll down and find Spotify > make sure you've toggled on all of the settings. 

After that go ahead and log out > back in to Spotify for a refresh and test if Siri would play whatever you request. If it doesn't make any difference I also recommend a clean reinstall of the app as corrupted cache can cause some performance issues. 

Additionally, make sure there aren't any pending iOS updates on the iPhone and that you're using a stable internet connection. If possible, try with a different one.
