My Question or Issue

My spotify keeps pausing saying someone else is using my account even though I have reset my password and logged back in with the same issue appearing. Is this an ios issue? I have the latest 11.4

I’m sorry to hear you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Please check out the FAQ page ”Someone else has gained access to my account” here for the next steps to take.

hi noone is using my account. I created a new password and the issue is still happening

 Please first Sign out everywhere and then we can jump to a conclusion.

Hello!

Sorry about the hack into your account.

Try contacting the support to see what they can do to kick the bad guy off! 

You can try going to your account settings in www.spotify.com and then press on the "sign out everywhere" option, and hopefully that helps.
