Song skip/repeat problem

I have an iPhone 7 with IOS 10.3.3 and I try listening to a song and it either repeats the first second of the song over and over or it will skip every 7 seconds of the song.

I have tried logging off and then on and resetting the app, still with the problem. My connection is fine with having 5 bars. Please help.

I cant skip backwards or shuffle my tracks on my iphone5s, although i use premium. on my pc it works without problems and i can use all functions.
