Spotify App Search Problems

I'm having two Spotify issues when I listen on my iPhone. I've tried exiting and restarting, turning the phone off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but none of those fix the issue:

1) Whenever I filter in My Songs, even after I've cleared the filter term, it will only play songs that match that filter. So if I try to find a particular song, play it, and then clear the filter, even if I skip songs, shuffle, etc, it will only continue to play that one song/songs that matched the filter term.

2) When searching for songs in a playlist, the keyboard doesn't appear when I click into the search bar, so I can't search for songs in playlsts.

I'm having this issue as well on an iPhone 7 - 10.2.1, 10.3, and 10.3.1. App is up to date. I restored the phone and didn't restore a backup, re-synched all music, and am still having this issue.

I have the same problem as well. When I search in the filters for a song my keyboard opens and then immediately closes.

For me the problem was Gboard (Google keyboard). I was able to switch the keyboard back to standard iOS in the search tab and now the keyboard stays open when doing a filtered search.

Tldr Fix: don't use Google keyboard in spotify
