Spotify App for iOS Freezes

Since July of this past year my phone has not wanted to use launch the app. I can open it but it doesn't load anything else after that. I have gotten two new phones, not related to this, and it happened with both of them. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again. I don't have any othey ideas, help?

have you tried a full reset on your iPhone and start fresh don't restore from backup and try to redownload Spotify
