Spotify Family Account Not Working

Spotify Family Account Not Working

So I have upgraded to the premium Spotify family account and added 2 members of family to my account but when I listen to my own Spotify and another member of my family play a song on their Spotify it stops my music.

Hi there,

 

You can ask your family members to use their own accounts (not yours), so your listening experience won't be interrupted anymore.

 

Hope this helps!

I have the same problem. A suggested solution I am trying is

go to Account Overview

Sign out Everywhere

Renew your password.

This should force the other family members to use their own accounts properly rather than persist with sharing yours.

If I remember I will post my findings.
