Not working on Iphone, please help!

I am using an iphone 6s, spotify does not play when i click shuffle. It does play short clips of the songs on my playlist when i press down on the song. I tried deleting then reinstalling the app many times with no success.

Downloaded only 10 s of the track?

When I download playlist for offline listening, some tracks seem to get only partialy downloaded - about 10 first seconds. The dowloaded tag us green. However when playing offline, only first 10 seconds are played, then it stops.

Sound is very low on individual song
