Spotify Premium not working on iOS app.

On my laptop it's showing as a premium account but on my i-phone it's a free account.  £9.99 has been taken out of my account each month so I know I have paid for the premium account. I have followed all the suggestions on the website but nothing seems to rectify this problem. Please can you help?

It looks like you are logging in two different accounts

Make sure that you are logging in the correct way on your iPhone, same way you did it on your laptop (either with a username or password or through the 'Log in with Facebook' button)
