Spotify Premium not working

Spotify Premium not working

I just purchased Spotify Premium and it acknowledges that I purchased it in my account settings. It gave me a confirmation number but I forgot to screenshot it. I didn't get my receipt via email. I checked my online bank statement and it has been charged. My iPhone app still is telling me I need to upgrade to utilize on demand features. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPhone and I have also logged out and logged back in many times and the premium feature still doesn't work.
