Spotify Premium on multiple devices

Spotify Premium on multiple devices

I've got premium on my iPad and just added the app on my iPhone, logged in and it doesn't pull through any of my playlists? Any ideas?

Hey @Kirstybryant1! Welcome to the community ^^

 

That sounds not nice.

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address
