Spotify always asks for mobile data network

Dear developpers,

I am using spotify on my IoS. I have iphone 4. When moved to Ios 7 all the apps had a feature to ask to activate mobile data network and re-direct you to the settings. Since then most of them coded to delete this everytime popping message, except Spotify. It is really annoying every time i launch spotify i get this message, when i re-open application ( to change music).  I tried to be smart activated offline mode in the hope that this mesage will stop but guess what EVEN if you activate offline application asks you to activate mobile data .....

I do understnad this can be helpful for some users naviigate to setting from the app but definitely not for me . I never wanted/want spotify to use my mobile network. Please add a feature to deactivate these irritating messages.
