Spotify connect controling unknown device not on network

I've been having an issue with Spotify on my iphone the past couple of days, where it says "You are now controling Rob's Iphone". I don't know who that is, and it is doing it no matter where I am (across thee separate wireless networks, including one wireless network with no internet access. Telling it to "Play on device" works for about 2 seconds, before it pops back up insessently until I disconnect from wireless, (with or without internet access) or start an offline session.

How do I fix this?

Thank you for all suggestions and support!

Sounds like someone else is accessing your Spotify account. I would suggest you change your Spotify and/or Facebook password then press the log out button on your online account which should boot them (and their device) off:

That seems to have fixed it. But that's weird, as no one should have access to that account.

Thanks!
