Spotify-created playlists showing up in Spanish (all my settings are in English)

A number of my spotify-made playlists have their titles or description in Spanish for some reason. I've never set any personal settings (iPhone, Spotify, etc.) to Spanish, and it's just playlists, not anything else on Spotify. Also not happening on the Spotify app on my Macbook Pro. Any guesses?

Hmm, this seems a bit odd. The strange thing here is that this is happening only on your iPhone.

Can you let us know what happens if you start playing one of this playlists on your phone and then switch to the PC - does the title of the playlist stay in Spanish or does it change to English?
