Spotify doesn't appear the covers

Well, when I started to pay for Spotify Premium, I downloaded in my Samsung, but, I transfer my music to my iPod, but, when I'm offline, the covers of the albums in my iPod doesn't appears, I think, if I'm paying for this service, why my iPod look like I'm download the music ilegally?
I'm sorry if my english is bad, but, I'm learning 😂

You mean after downloading the playlists and then listening in offline mode, the album art doesn't appear?

This is a known bug in the iOS app. Hopefully it will be fixed in a future update.
