Spotify drop out

Spotify drop out

Since a few weeks I can't play Spotify properly on my iPad. I never had problems with Spotify, our situation hasn't changed (wifi etc...) still it drops out.

when I'm playing a track after 10-15 min. The iPad closes the Spotify app! 

What could this be?

Hey @Pepemama, this sounds like your iPad is possibly running out of memory. How much free space do you have on your iPad?

Can you possibly try closing out other apps from your app switcher in case something is running in the background?

As a last resort, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

My capacity is still 55,9 GB, I've tried closing all open apps in the background. This doesn't solve the problem.
I wil now try to un- and reinstall the app...

But before I do this... Am I losing my playlist after un- and reinstall?

Hey, you should not have to worry at all! Everything syncs back to your Spotify account so when you log in again, everything will reappear.
