Spotify freezes when I open the app or switch back to it after iOS upgrade

Spotify freezes when I open the app or switch back to it.

It has been happening since I upgraded iOS to the newest version.

Spotify had worked fine before the upgrade.

I haven't noticed similar behaviour for another apps so far...

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I've tried to restart my phone. It hasn't helped.

I'll reinstall Spotify.

I've reinstalled the app again and it hasn't helped.

I've also restarted my device but Spotify still freezes...

I’m having this exact same issue. Restarted iPhone and reinstalled Spotify multiple times.

Can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of your device along with the Spotify version you use?
