Thanks for reaching out!

 

Could you start by letting us know the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version currently running on the affected device? Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps such as a clean reinstall?

 

It'd be helpful to have as many details as possible so we can see what to suggest from our end to try and help you out.
