Spotify iOS 4 shuts down

Spotify iOS 4 shuts down

Hello,

 

When I open spotify on my iPhone to listen to music Spotify always shuts down after 1 minute or so, I have Spotify iOS 4

 

I can't update my iPhone to iOS 5 cuz I have the older phone.

Yes I have the same problem and I bought  the premium. I can't find any solution in internet. Please help!!!!

I've got the same issue on an iPod touch, can't update to Spotify IOS5, please avise, I'm a paying customer. Not that keen on MOG features, but if I'm paying a monthly fee, it won't be for an app that constantly crashes.

I actually have iOS5 on the iPhone 4S and I have the same issue. I can get through about half a song before the program freezes up and won't finish the song. I can toggle between the options ( radio, search, playlists), but once it's frozen, no songs will play useless I log out. At that point, the cycle restarts when I log back in. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app without any luck.

Ditto I am beginning to wonder why I pay for premium now? Any help greatly appreciated.

 

I'm trying to unsubscribe to  premium  until they resolve the issue.

I was able to resolve my issues by uninstalling Spotify, restarting my phone, then reinstalling Spotify .

I've deleted the app and restarted I don't know how many times, still the same exact issue.

 

I've also tried that, NOTHING WORKS!

Still no solution, Spotify Community?

I don't understand why Spotify Community don't answer.  What happen?

 

Ok, let's give this a new try, Spotify Community give us an answer!

They don't care!  I cancelled my premium account, they still didn't care. I signed up for MOG, missing a few features, but at least the app doesn't crash constantly!

Yes, they don't say anything. This my last month in Spotify with premium account. I'm gonna change to Grooveshark ( Mog is not aveilable in Spain  yet). It's a pity but the worst is that they don't answer a word.

Spotify does not comment about timeline. They do not want to promise anything. You know, it's not so good when you are promised to receive update tomorrow by company, but they can't provide this update tomorrow with reason they got problems resolving this (for example) and they need more time to fix. Spotify want to release high quality apps.

 

Spotify is working hard to improve service and product itself, so be like teddy bear with Spotify. You, customer, is Spotify's best friend. Thank you for understanding. Hopefully you keep using Spotify.

 

I'm sorry that there is no timeline when this problem will be fxed. But problem isn't ignored.

They were no help in emails either.Basically told me they didn't care about this version of the app, which is an awful way to take care of paying customers!
