Spotify info way to much data for streaming

So a hour of steaming leads to about 600mb of data being used. This is ridiculous. This has cost me a couple hundred dollars in the past couple days. Anyone know what to do? Might as well switch to another service.

Also I don't think it caches anything cause most of the songs I listen to regularly, so data usage should be minimal.

You can always change the streaming quality to what suits you best. Go to Your library>Settings>Music quality. There you can adjust everything to help you save some data.
