Spotify issues

For the last few months Spotify has been frequently crashing on my iPad and almost all songs stop playing around the 0:04 and 0:10 second mark. I also have issues searching for songs and receive error messages. This happens on multiple wi-fi connections and I have already tried restarting my device, deleting and re-downloading Spotify, and logging in and out of my account to no prevail. I am currently updated to the most recent version of IOS9, but had these problems prior to updating as well. Hopefully someone here knows the fix. Thanks.
