Spotify keeps crashing immediately when launching it (cannot access it) (iOS11)

Hi, 

Impossible to launch Spotify on my iphone 7 iOS11.  (last update for both iOS 11 and spotify. I have made a reset, etc....

Any idea ? Thanks.

Hi @ringrave, that's definitely not right. Is the app crashing for you when you tap the icon on the home screen to launch it?

I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store, and if that issue continues to occur, try turning your phone off and on again.

Finally, check to make sure you have sufficient free space on your phone (check under Settings > General > Storage)
