Won’t play any music unless on WiFi. I have tried everything! I have unistalled both fb and Spotify countless times. I have updated my phone and changed my fb password. Re logged back in with new password. And it still won’t work unless I’m using WiFi! Help!!

Hey @Lerobinson1124, have you checked to confirm that you have mobile/cellular data enabled? Check under Settings > Cellular and ensure that Spotify is enabled for it.

If that doesn't work, I would confirm you are able to load spotify.com in Safari. If that definitely loads, try resetting your network preferences under Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings.

This also depends on what type of subscription you have. If you have premium you can download songs to your device so they can be without wifi OR cellular connection.

 

Other than that, you can also go to Settings > Music Quality > Download Using Cellular (turn this on).
