Spotify messages has erased all my friends I normally send stuff to within the app. I can no longer share songs/albums directly to them.

Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn’t work, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages you’re seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community. Also, let me know the make and model of your device and we’ll go from there.
