Spotify not showing up on iPad

I recently installed Spotify on my iPad Air but the app is not showing up on the device. I try to open from the App Store and it doesn't work as we'll. 😞

Could you try doing a hard reset? Hold home + power untill your iPad shuts down and the apple logo will appear, then try it again.

Will doing a hard reset clear my other data as well?
