Spotify premium not working

My spotify premium is not working. I cant pick songs, can only listen to shuffle play but nothing else. What to do?

It says that payment has not been recieved, but i have payed for my spotify premium.

If you are logged into the correct account then maybe your last payment failed for some reason - card expired or something. If the last payment went through OK then I suspect you have logged into a new, free account. Try logging out then back in making sure you use the correct login - facebook (email address) or spotify (username).

If you still can't get back to your premium account, you should get in touch with the payment team.
