O have made a new account and I want to improve my account to a premium account, when I put all my information (the card information) I click on the finish button and then in the to of the page are a red card . It says: iPod your credit card doesn't have a good day try in another time.
Later i try another time and again the red card appears to me

(lo siento, mi español no es muy bueno.) no creo que sea un problema con Spotify, pero con su tarjeta. quizás intente otra vez o llame a su compañía de tarjetas. buena suerte!
