I got Spotify Premium recently and turned disabled data for it in settings as I don't have unlimited. Recently (possibly after the latest update) it's been using my data even though it's still turned off, and even when I manually put it in offline mode. I've restarted my phone multiple times and turned my data on and off again, but it's still happening.
