Spotify won’t download songs

I am trying to download my playlists and all the songs in them however when I click the download switch it says “ downloading waiting to download” and the arrows next to the songs stay grey. I have tried using different WiFi networks, cellular, uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, logging out and loging in, restarting phone and nothing’s seens to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using an iPhone 7 with iOS 11 and I have 100 GB of space left. And I have not reached the 3333 songs limit thing

I recommend checking out the “Downloads unexpectedly removed” section of the “Listen offline troubleshooting”support article for some more help with this.

If the article doesn't help I recommend keeping your app updated with a clean reinstallation and avoiding any cache-clearing apps.

Please check if your Premium does work, if you can please try your account in a Desktop client as well.
