Spotify won't load on my iphone!

Can someone help. My spotify won't open on my iphone 5. It worked perfectly fine a few days ago now nothing. I've deleted and reinstalled a few times but to no avail. It's working fine on my iPad but I need it on my phone for work. Help!!

Can you try the region change work around in this bugs topic and see if that helps at all? 

You might need to fully reboot your device by holding the home and lock buttons together for 10 seconds until the apple logo appears on screen for the changes to take effect.
